Gasp

People read my blog? They leave comments on my blog?

Oh, my, goodness. Hey, everyone who read my blog! How are you?

17 comments:

  1. Quite, though a little consternated that a certain exegesis is right now only half a page long.

  2. We love you too Fidelio. Even though there are only 3 of us.

  3. Yes indeedy, we do read your blog--and enjoy it, too. I'm fine, thanks.

  4. There's me, too, but Fidelio keeps telling me that I don't count.

  5. Of course you don't. You're attend a Great Books program. Liberal Arts junkies can never count. If they could, they'd be engineers.

  6. Of course, I can grammataricize properly.

  7. Au contraire - liberal arts enthusiasts certainly can count, as long as we don't have to count very high.

Sir Joe: you realize that I am now obliged to fight you to the death at some point in the not-too-distant future. You can pick the weapons (pistols would be my personal preference). Check your calendar, and let me know when would be a good day for you. 'Til then...

Speaking of counting, I have 140 pages of Thucydides to read for Thursday, so it might behoove me to leave now. ἔμοιγε δοκεῖ.

  8. So I get the weapon, and you the venue. Very well, Mark. What are pistols to two men so concerned about humanity? Something more elegant and more civilized-such as the sword-will do fine.

  9. Doing well, or at least doing well considering the time of semester. (I know that students don't seem to think that giving finals is nearly as stressful as taking them...)

  10. Yea, I'm here and doing alright. Granted I'd be doing better if Carducci would get her little bum back from Sheild before the Chilaian of Front Royal kills both Quia and I.
